Where to find us

Genesis Back & Neck is easily accessible from Highway 114, Highway 360, Highway 121 and Interstate 635 in downtown Grapevine.  We are located on Northwest Highway at the corner of Austin Street - which is between Main Street and Texan Trail.  It is approximately 1.5 miles north of Highway 114.

Our office, Suite 102,  is located at the back of the the Global Sky Office Plaza building (picture on left).  Please park in the back parking lot which you will enter from Austin Street.  Our office entrance is on your left as you are looking at the back of the building (picture on right).
